Tracking Your Order
Domestic Shipments
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation Email containing your tracking number, tracking link, and the name of the courier partner handling your shipment.
Please allow approximately 3 to 4 business days for order processing, packing, and dispatch. During peak seasons, sales events, or periods of high order volume, processing times may occasionally be slightly longer.
For domestic deliveries within India, we work with a number of trusted courier partners, including Delhivery, DTDC, Shiprocket, and The Professional Couriers. The courier partner assigned to your shipment will be clearly mentioned in your shipment confirmation email.

In some cases, we may use an alternative courier service depending on the destination, service availability, or operational requirements. If another courier company is used, we will provide the courier details, tracking number, and tracking link in your shipment confirmation email, allowing you to track your package directly through that courier's website.
Once dispatched, domestic shipments are typically delivered within 3 to 7 business days, depending on the destination pincode, courier service, local delivery conditions, and other logistical factors. Deliveries to remote or difficult to access locations may occasionally require additional transit time.
Alternatively, if your shipment confirmation email contains a direct tracking link, simply click the link to view the latest status and movement of your package.
Please note that tracking information may take up to 24 hours to become active after your order has been dispatched.
International Shipments
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation Email containing your tracking number and a tracking link. Simply click the link to view the latest status and movement of your package.

Clicking this link will take you directly to the Shiprocket tracking portal, where you can view real time updates on your shipment.

Please allow approximately 3 to 4 business days for order processing, packing, and dispatch before your shipment leaves our facility.
International orders are typically delivered within 10 to 15 business days after dispatch, depending on the destination country, local postal services, customs procedures, and other logistical factors.
Please note that customs inspections and clearance procedures are beyond our control and may occasionally cause delays. In some cases, international shipments may take longer than the estimated delivery timeframe if held by customs authorities for inspection or processing.
For all international orders, the tracking number provided at dispatch will track your package until it reaches the destination country. Once the shipment enters the local postal or courier network of the destination country, a new local tracking number may be assigned.
If this occurs, the updated tracking number will be sent to the email address used when placing your order. You can then use this new tracking number on the website of your country's postal service or local courier to view the most current tracking updates and delivery progress.
