Combine the essential oils in your diffuser or dilute them in 30ml (1 fl oz) of a carrier oil if preparing a massage or body oil.

How to Use
Diffuse throughout your home to create a peaceful atmosphere or massage onto the shoulders, neck, and pulse points after dilution to encourage relaxation.
Storage
If preparing a massage blend, store in a dark glass bottle away from sunlight and use within 12 months.
