Relaxation Recipes
Relaxation Blend for Stress Relief & Calm
What You'll Need
- 3 drops Lavender Essential Oil
- 2 drops Roman Chamomile Essential Oil (20 drops of a 10% dilution)
- 2 drops Bergamot Essential Oil
- 1 drop Frankincense Essential Oil
How to Blend
Combine the essential oils in your diffuser or dilute them in 30ml (1 fl oz) of a carrier oil if preparing a massage or body oil.
How to Use
Diffuse throughout your home to create a peaceful atmosphere or massage onto the shoulders, neck,
and pulse points after dilution to encourage relaxation.
Storage
If preparing a massage blend, store in a dark glass bottle away from sunlight and use within 12
months.
