At Kundalini Aroma, we strive to offer you the best possible shopping experience. However, due to hygienic reasons and the personal nature of our products , we do not accept returns or exchanges for any products that have been opened, used, or damaged after delivery, as such items cannot be reused or resold.

Damaged, Tampered, or Incorrect Products

If your order reaches you in a tampered, damaged, or broken condition, or you believe you have received the wrong product, please let us know within 24 hours of delivery so we can assist you.
To help us resolve the issue quickly, please email us at support@kundaliniaroma.com with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos and/or a short video of the outer packaging and the product received
  • A brief description of the issue

Once we review and verify the concern, we will process an exchange or refund for the affected product in line with this policy.

Quality Concerns

If you have any quality-related concerns with a product, please contact us at support@kundaliniaroma.com within 7 days of receiving your order.

Our team may ask for additional details, photos, or batch information to assess the issue. After review, and if found valid, we will offer an exchange for the same or equivalent product as appropriate.

Conditions for Exchange

Exchanges will be considered only when:

  • The product is reported as damaged, tampered, or defective within the specified timelines
  • The product being returned for exchange (where physically returned) is in saleable condition, in its original packaging, with all labels, seals, and components intact and undamaged, unless the damage itself is the subject of the complaint.
  • The request passes our internal verification and quality checks.

All return and exchange requests are subject to approval by Kundalini Aroma after review of the complaint and supporting evidence.

Order Cancellation Policy

Orders may be cancelled within 6 hours of placing the order directly from the customer's order page.

After the initial 6-hour period, cancellation requests will only be considered if the order has not yet been shipped. Such requests must be submitted via email to support@kundaliniaroma.com and are subject to confirmation by our team.

For all approved cancellations made after the 6-hour window, a transaction processing fee and a restocking fee equivalent to 8% of the total order value will be deducted from the refund amount. The remaining balance will be refunded to the original payment method after applicable deductions.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled and will be governed by the terms of this Return & Exchange Policy.

No Refund Policy

Please note:

  • No refunds will be issued once the products have been shipped, except in cases covered under this Return & Exchange Policy.
  • Kundalini Aroma is not responsible for any damage occurring after delivery due to neglect, improper storage, incorrect usage, or failure to follow usage instructions. Such cases will not be covered under this Return & Exchange Policy.
