Our Shipping Policy

Domestic Orders (India)

All domestic orders placed with Kundalini Aroma are generally processed within 2 to 3 working days from the time of payment confirmation. In rare or exceptional situations where we are unable to process an order within this timeframe, the customer will be informed accordingly and, if required, a refund will be processed for the unfulfilled order.
We deliver products across India. All domestic orders with a total order value of ₹2000 and above are eligible for free shipping. Orders below this value may attract standard shipping charges, which will be displayed at checkout.

Customs, Duties & Handling Charges (For Applicable Orders)

Some shipments may be subject to customs duty, import duty, or other government taxes, depending on the destination and applicable regulations. These charges, if applicable, are determined by the local authorities and will be collected by the logistics service provider at the time of delivery.
Customers are advised to:

  • Check the applicable customs duty, import duty, and taxes on their country’s government portal before placing an order.
  • Ensure that the products being ordered comply with the cosmetic and wellness regulations of their local government.

All such customs duties, import charges, and government taxes must be borne by the customer under all circumstances. Kundalini Aroma does not take responsibility for paying these charges. The shipping cost shown at checkout does not include any customs or import duties.
If a customer refuses to pay the applicable customs or import charges at the time of delivery, the shipment may be returned to the origin. In such cases, the full shipping cost and return duty charges will be deducted from the order value while processing any applicable refund.

Delivery & Signature Policy

All shipments must be signed for upon delivery. If you are unavailable at the time of delivery, you may authorize an alternative person such as a family member, colleague, neighbor, or building staff to accept the package on your behalf. However, once the parcel is signed for, Kundalini Aroma will not be responsible for any loss, damage, or misplacement thereafter.
