Kundalini Aroma personal care products are based on natural and traditional formulations. While care is taken to ensure that they are safe for general use, ingredients may still cause allergic reactions or adverse effects in individuals with specific sensitivities or pre-existing medical conditions. It is your responsibility to review ingredients and usage instructions before use and to seek appropriate medical or dermatological advice where necessary. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kundalini Aroma shall not be liable for any indirect, special, punitive, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind (including loss of profits) related to your use of the website, regardless of the form of action. In any event, Kundalini Aroma’s maximum aggregate liability shall not exceed INR 2000 (Indian Rupees Two Thousand only).

You agree that any claim or action arising out of or related to your use of our website or these Terms and Conditions must be brought within one (1) year from the date on which such claim or cause of action arose.

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Kundalini Aroma, its affiliates, and partners from and against any losses, damages, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of any third-party claim, action, or demand resulting from your use of kundaliniaroma.com or any breach of these Terms and Conditions.

You also agree to indemnify Kundalini Aroma against any losses, damages, or costs resulting from your use of automated tools such as robots, spiders, crawlers, or any other action that places an unreasonable burden on our infrastructure.

Disputes

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with your use of kundaliniaroma.com, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, any dispute, difference, or claim arising out of or relating to your visit to kundaliniaroma.com shall be referred to a sole arbitrator appointed by the Chairman and Managing Director of Kundalini Aroma, Mr. Tarun Goyal, in accordance with applicable arbitration law. The venue of such arbitration shall be in Tamilnadu, India, and the decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding on all parties and may be enforced in any court of competent jurisdiction. No arbitration shall be combined with any other arbitration involving any other party, whether through class arbitration or otherwise.
To the extent that arbitration is not permitted under applicable law, any dispute relating in any way to your visit to kundaliniaroma.com shall be submitted to the appropriate courts in Tamilnadu, India, without prejudice to Kundalini Aroma’s right to seek injunctive or other appropriate relief in any court if you have violated or threatened to violate our intellectual property rights. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of such courts.

Consent to Electronic Notices

You consent to receive all agreements, notices, disclosures, and other communications (“Notices”) from Kundalini Aroma electronically, including via email or by posting on kundaliniaroma.com. Such electronic Notices satisfy any legal requirement that communications be in writing in English.

If you wish to withdraw your consent to receive Notices electronically, you must inform us by email at support@kundaliniaroma.com and discontinue your use of kundaliniaroma.com. In that event, all rights granted to you under these Terms and Conditions, including the limited licenses, will automatically terminate.
